Here is the Gmail team’s response.
Hello Simon,
Thank you for your messages.
The issue that you describe is caused by Bloglines and not Gmail. We
suggest that you contact their customer support team and ask them to
remove your feed to protect the security of your Gmail account.Sincerely,
The Gmail Team

Run that through the magic customer service translator:
“We have completely misunderstood the issue that you are attempting to communicate to us. We are eager to blame any issue on another provider, and this one was easy! Thank you for notifying us of this issue with another provider’s service – we always like to see other people’s problems, even if they’re actually our major security defects!
“It has been a pleasure to mishandle your problem. Please let us know if there is any other issue we can deflect!

Yeah, sounds about right!
Taking their advice, I asked Bloglines to remove my feed from the list, but have not heard back from them and my inbox feed is still listed.
Also, as to whether or not these are really inbox feeds…I’m pretty sure they are not necessarily current. As a test I tried loging into gmail with some of the username and passwords that are shown in the list. I was successful! I have sent emails to the accounts I was successfully able to login to notifying them of the danger.
My feed is listed in the bloglines list, however, since changing my password the password listed on the feed list has not updated and the email that is shown when previewing is old. Still, for those that aren’t aware of this issue and haven’t changed their password, I hope this issue will corrected soon.
